Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, BATFORM collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone and company details, requested service, budget range, and project message.
Limited technical information may be processed for security and abuse prevention, including a one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address and the browser user-agent string. BATFORM does not need to store the raw IP address with the inquiry.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to review the request, communicate about the potential project, prepare an appropriate response or proposal, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the inquiry system, and maintain necessary business records.
Storage and access
Inquiry information may be stored in a protected MySQL or MariaDB database on BATFORM's hosting environment. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it to operate the website or respond to the inquiry.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, an active or potential business relationship, security, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Unneeded records should be removed securely.
Sharing
BATFORM does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with necessary hosting, email, or technical service providers acting on BATFORM's behalf, or when disclosure is required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Use the project inquiry form or BATFORM's official Facebook page to make a request.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
